Delivery Information:
* Free delivery for all orders within Malta.
* Upon placing your order, our team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm the delivery date.
* Delivery will be made within 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date.
* Delivery service is limited to ground floor only.
* If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
* Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the destination.
* We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.
* In the event of a failed delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
* The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the delivery can be received and signed for during the agreed delivery window.
* Any damage or missing items are to be checked and reported at the time of delivery. No complaints or requests for missing items will be entertained once delivery person leaves the delivery site.

Returns and Warranty Policy:
At Tile Warehouse Malta, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU law.
Returns:
* If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
* Items must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as received, with all accompanying materials and documentation.
* The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
* Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and, if it meets our returns criteria, issue a full refund or replacement.
Warranty:
* All of our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
* The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
* The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse or accidental damage.
* In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us to initiate the warranty process.
* We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
